1 | Whenever a vessel is shifted from berth to accommodate another vessel which cannot be berthed at other berths due to draft and LOA restrictions, such shifting shall be considered as "SHIFTING FOR PORT CONVENIENCE" | |||||||||||||||
2 | Non container vessels allocated berth at the container terminal shall vacate the berth for a container vessel which has priority at the berth. Shifting charges for the same shall be borne by the vacating vessel. A minimum 6 hours of notice for shifting will be given to the vessel. |
